Pardon the Interruption!

Sorry for the intrusion, but I must veer away from my usual obsessions for an impromptu photo essay!

Here are 5 photos that sum up how I celebrated National Wear Red Day this past February 1st! 

First off, here is a group pose of some of the attendees of St. John's University's 1st Annual "Have a Heart, St. John's" Heart Healthy event in honor of the American Heart Association's National Wear Red Day for women with heart disease.

After the group gathered to create a human heart in Taffner Field House we celebrated heart health by making time for some physical fitness. Above is a snap shot of the group getting their Zumba on!

Above is Taffner Field House, located on the St. John's University Queens Campus, where the 1st Annual "Have a Heart, St. John's" event was held. 

Just in case you all wanted to get a better look at the building, and the main entrance, I added a picture of that too.
